- Coordinate export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Support the sales team by processing sales orders and tracking shipments.
- You will be liaising between our sales team and external partners
- Communicate with shipping and logistics providers to schedule and monitor shipments.
- Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and export activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Good understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance (training can be undertaken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software and SAGE Accounting Software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
