Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in an internal or inside sales role
- Strong customer relationship management skills are essential to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present product information and negotiate with clients
