This school is a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Dudley, committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for our students. They are looking for a reliable and efficient school administrator to join their team. Your new roleAs a School Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the reception area and answering telephone calls.
  • Inputting attendance records and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, printing, and filing.
  • Using Microsoft Outlook for emails and Microsoft Teams for communication.
  • Handling ParentPay for communication with parents/carers and managing payments (no cash handling).
  • Utilising Integris for pupil management.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a school administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with ParentPay and Integris systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour.
