We are recruiting a teaching assistants to work in the Kingswinford area on a flexible basis. Cover is across a range of year groups and can be either class based support or SEN support.Â
This work will start as soon as possible with working hours of 8:30-15:30.
Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
- Good knowledge and experience of working with SEND
- Experience working in Nurseries or Primary Schools as a Teaching Assistant or LSA
- A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months
- A minimum of 2 excellent references
Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant (LSA) you will receive
- Competitive Salary – between £88.92-£100.00 per day depending on experience, which equates to £17,339.40-£19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

Our client is based in the Kingswinford and offer on-site car parking.
We are currently working with schools in Dudley and Sandwell areas who all require day-to-day Learning Support Assistants to help support their students and permanent teaching staff.Â
