You will engage with customers promptly to document details of their cases, issues, or requests, and work collaboratively with the wider Support team.Key Responsibilities:* Provide 2nd line support via ticketing systems* Update systems/documentation with relevant information* Work closely with stakeholders to guide system changes, fixes and developments* Escalate complex issues to Application Specialists where applicable* Deliver training and advice on mobile and web applicationsKey Skills & Requirements:* Previous experience in supporting wither TotalMobile Mobilise, TotalMobile Connect or Trimble Fieldview* Experience working with ServiceNow* 3+ years' experience within a similar role* Database experience- SQL/MySQLThis role is ideal for someone with a customer-focused mindset who is eager to provide high-quality application support while working collaboratively within a team environment.
