Technical Advisor - Coffee & Vending
Location - Birmingham, Walsall, Oldbury, West Bromwich, Wednesbury, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Hagley
Package - £25,000 - £29,000 plus other company benefits.
Hours - 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday) Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 4pm

We are a leading multinational Hot Beverage solutions provider, providing a comprehensive range of coffee machines to the OOH, HoReCa, and vending markets.
Our machines are used by over 10,000 customers in over 140 countries worldwide, this has enabled us to establish a global revenue in excess of £300 million - as the Technical Advisor you will be working with some of those 10,000 customers.
The Role
Working as part of our internal technical team, you will focus on advising our clients over the phone, troubleshooting issues with their machines. Strong technical knowledge is essential, enabling you to effectively address the problems they are experiencing. The machines you'll be advising on include our bean-to-cup machines, traditional coffee machines, and vending machines. The end users you will be supporting include businesses, hotels, health and leisure facilities, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.
The Person
Do you have a proven background in engineering within the coffee and vending industry? If you have experience in white goods, three-phase electrics, or electro-mechanical systems, we would also be keen to hear from you. You must have the ability to communicate clearly with customers over the phone and be both numerate and IT literate.
