Location: Dudley - Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 from home

Our fast-growing and established client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IT Customer Support Account Manager to join their dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

This is a mixture of a Sales and IT Support role. If you have some Technical knowledge and a sales background or vice-versa, we would be keen to hear from.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical support needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level technical support and guidance, resolving complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Proactive Solutions: Identify potential problems and provide proactive solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices to continuously improve support services.

Technically you will have worked in a customer support/facing role where you have supported customer on solutions around O365, Outlook, Networking Issues, Cloud Services, Cyber solutions or anything within an IT Technical remote that can related to IT Managed Services

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical support and account management.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products and services around O365
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
