IT Support Technician

Location: nr. Dudley

Salary: £25,000-£30,000

We’re recruiting for a proactive IT Support Technician to deliver outstanding technical support and maintain efficient IT operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT issues, resolving or escalating as needed, while ensuring excellent customer service.

Main Duties of the Role

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain IT records, including ticket logs and knowledge base articles.
  • Support Microsoft 365 administration (Intune, SharePoint, Exchange).
  • Create and manage reports using Power BI/Excel and alerts in Python/Odoo.
  • Provide user training on IT systems and applications.
  • Assist with IT projects and system rollouts.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 1+ year experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
