We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warehouse Administrator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing administrative tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assist in the preparation of shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Co-ordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for all warehouse-related documentation.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, order status and other key metrics as required.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks as needed.
Successful candidates will have:
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Packages; Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Needs to be happy and comfortable walking in and out of the warehouse numerous times a day.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse administration or similar role.
