Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate laser cutting machines to cut metal and other materials according to job specifications.
Programming & Adjustments: Read technical drawings, adjust machine settings, and optimise cutting parameters for accuracy and efficiency.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Routine Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely and efficiently.
Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized work area.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in laser cutting operations (Bystronic, Trumpf, Amada, or similar machines preferred)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files
Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
Basic programming knowledge for laser machines is a plus
Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of health & safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
