Our client, a forward-thinking law firm are currently looking to hire an experienced Family Solicitor / Associate to join their growing team in Dudley. If you're passionate about supporting clients with a wide range of Family matters and you're eager to provide the best client experience then this may well be the role for you.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

  • Qualified with PQE as a Family, Divorce and/or Finances, Private Law Solicitor
  • Proven track record in dealing with divorce proceedings and mid asset financial matters
  • Technically strong with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communicator who possesses excellent client care skills
  • Experience of Advocacy would be advantageous

The ideal candidate will be naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards challenges and change. Those with private children law experience are of interest too.

Within this Family Solicitor/Associate position, you'll also be:

  • Managing a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements
  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve the best outcomes
  • Demonstrating excellent technical ability and drafting skills
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and empathy
  • Displaying strong commercial acumen in managing cases and advising clients
  • Staying updated on legal developments and contribute to the firm's knowledge base
