Production Planner

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 + Pension + Overtime + Benefits

Monday to Friday - Days

39-hours per week.

  • 08:00 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday
  • 08:00 - 15:30 Friday

The Company

My client is one of the UK’s leading and well-established metals processors, supplying a wide range of industries, with a global market presence, the group has gone from strength to strength over the last decade to become centre of excellence within the industry they specialise in. Due to further investment within the Wolverhampton site; they need to recruit an additional electrical engineer.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience in production planning, logistics coordination, or supply chain management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with production planning software or ERP systems is a plus.

The Role

The ideal candidate which we are seeing will have a strong understanding of production planning within a busy work environment, be happy to work with all levels within the organisation and relish the challenge of putting in a new operational process to ensure that visibility of production performance and the satisfaction of our customers is improved.
