Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader (Nights) Kingswinford £30,000 + 20% Shift Allowance Full Time – Permanent

Our rapidly growing client is looking for someone who is hard working, personable and professional to direct and lead their night shift on a full time, permanent basis.

• This shift will operate from 6pm-4am Tuesday – Friday – with a fully paid break.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the shift, team of people, equipment and facility. Including opening and closing. (Key holder). 
• Ensuring shop orders are picked and loaded on to the vans. 
• Van drivers & MHE users complete pre use checks. 
• Planned maintenance on vans and equipment. 
• Stock checks. 
• Ensuring stock availability is at a maximum. 
• Housekeeping 5's. 
• Complete new store orders to 100% availability. 
• Managing holiday and absence, return to works, inductions and agency staff requirements. 
• Escalating concerns. 
• Confident with computer systems or willingness to learn.
