- Perform preventive maintenance on all operational equipment and facilities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using the MP2 maintenance program.
- Troubleshoot and repair operational equipment on a daily basis.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and prevent breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to significant breakdowns and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Train personnel in the correct and safe operation of various machines.
- Prioritise tasks to maintain assembly buffers effectively.
- Minimum City & Guilds level 3 mechanical/electrical engineering (preferably apprentice trained)
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a customer-oriented personality and approach.
- Have experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Exhibit strong diligence, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and potential hazards are identified.
- Have a basic understanding of electrical, pneumatics, and other systems.
- Show willingness and flexibility to work overtime.
- Be open to occasional travel.
