RM Recruit are proud to be working with an excellent Tipton based organisation who are seeking a confident, bright Admin Assistant to join their team on a part-time, temporary ongoing basis for 12 months working between 9-12 hours per week Monday - Friday onsite. As the ideal candidate you will be immediately available or available on short notice.

You will provide a quality reception service contributing to the overall smooth and efficient running of the organisation and provide confidential administrative support to all staff.

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain and organise office files, records, and documentation
  • Log and distribute all posts
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for team members
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and managing office supplies
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and assist in travel arrangements
  • Make a positive contribution to development of systems and services
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks when required

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a fast-paced office environment, demonstrating a strong track record in administrative support. Exceptional communication skills are critical for building rapport and fostering productive working relationships across all levels of the organisation. A keen attention to detail, combined with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks efficiently, will be key to excelling in this role. The candidate should also be adept at handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
