Concept are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work for a leading technology organisation supporting a retail client with a printer migration projectYou will be responsible for any day to day needs to keep the project organised and running smoothly.
This is a night working role starting January 2025 until end of February 2025
What will your day-to-day activities as a Project Coordinator involve?
- Managing and booking resource
- Checking in with engineers
- Managing timesheet submissions
- Dealing with any issues or escalations
- Sign off management
- General administrative tasks
What are we looking for?
- Candidates with a strong Project Coordinator background dealing with engineers / end clients
- Candidates must be organised and confident when speaking to customers
- Laptop/phone provided
Working Hours
- Project Co-Ordinators are required to work evening shifts Saturday to Wednesday 8pm - 6am
What's on offer?
- You will be paid £160 - £200 per night depending on experience via an Umbrella company
- This role has been deemed and assessed an inside IR35 role
- The above rates are the umbrella company rates
