About the Client:

We are partnering with an innovative and growing company based in Dudley, who is looking to expand their team with a talented Marketing Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a marketing role, particularly with social media management and content creation, to play a key role in enhancing the company's marketing efforts and brand presence.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, creating and curating content, and managing the company's social media platforms. This fully office-based role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of marketing activities, helping to drive the business's growth and digital presence.

You will be working closely with a friendly and collaborative marketing team, assisting in the delivery of campaigns, events, and promotions to engage with the company's audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, and more).
  • Social Media Management: Take ownership of the company's social media presence, creating content and engaging with followers on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Content Creation: Write and create content for social media posts, newsletters, blogs, and website updates.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, using analytics tools to measure success and adjust strategies.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials maintain the company's brand identity, voice, and messaging.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and support product launches.
  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and promotions.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a marketing role, ideally with social media focus.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and growing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
