You'll be responsible for coordinating PPM and RM across the site and overseeing a team of 30 staff and external contractors.This company are a long standing manufacturer and operate a large site in North East Birmingham. They pride themselves on their safety record and comradery, with all teams being specialists in their own sectors.This role would suit an Engineering Manager from a Mechanical background looking for responsibility and autonomy in a managerial position.The Role:
- PPM and RM on a variety of machinery, equipment, and site facilities
- Implementing a planned maintenance schedule and overseeing a large team
- Assisting with R&D and driving continuous improvement
