Join our team as an experienced Gas Engineer with plumbing competencies, where you'll handle Planned, Reactive, Quoted, and Minor Works across our portfolio. Ensure our clients' buildings and estates remain open, safe, fit, and compliant through proactive maintenance services. Your attention to detail and client-facing skills will be crucial in meeting Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

Your work will directly impact the operational efficiency and safety of these environments.Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' buildings and estates remain open, safe, fit, and compliant by performing both planned and reactive maintenance tasks. You'll provide a proactive maintenance service, meeting Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, while offering timely feedback to onsite contacts and colleagues. Your duties will include liaising with contractors and external suppliers, ensuring safety on site, reporting deficiencies, and adhering to Health and Safety regulations. Additionally, you'll utilise digital platforms for reporting, quoting, and condition appraisal, maintaining the highest standards in client-facing interactions and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, ICPN1, and appliances CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-apprenticeship experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of statutory compliance in building services engineering.
  • Technical Proficiency: IT literate, with experience using the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, TEAMS).
  • Driving License: Full, clean driving license.
