Are you a Maintenance Engineer with a Mechanical bias who is interested in working for the UK's leading pallet design manufacturer of Steel pallet systems based in the area of Dudley on days?If yes, we want to hear from you!Annual Salary: £34,000 to £38,000 (DOE)Weekly Hours: Mon to Fri - 8am to 4.30pmThey are a family run company, producing materials handling equipment for the automotive and manufacturing industries for over fifty years who are looking to strengthen their team.Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Mechanical Maintenance of Hydraulic Presses and Industrial Machinery
  • Read from engineering drawings
  • Responsible for PPM
  • Basic electrical experience an advantage
  • Facilities Maintenance across the site when required
  • Implementing Factory Improvements
  • Liaising with Management and Production Supervisors
  • Liaising with Suppliers (Plant & Machinery)
  • Factory Equipment Installations and Fitting
  • Mechanical / Electrical Fault-Finding Experience
  • Knowledge of hydraulic machinery
  • PAT/Electrical testing
  • Strong problem solver and attention to detail
Experience / Qualifications required:
  • Served a Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship
  • 3 plus years Maintenance Engineer Experience in an Industrial environment
  • City and Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Maintenance or an equivalent
  • FLT/Crane Licence preferred but not essential
