- Investigate product failures, generating detailed reports to drive improvements.

- Manage and maintain CAD data and engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize product designs for manufacturability and ease of assembly.

**What You Will Bring:**

- HNC qualification or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Over 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering and manufacturing environments.

- Proficiency in 3D CAD software and a deep understanding of design for manufacture and assembly principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

- Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively both in teams and independently.
