This successful Manufacturing organisation are recruiting a newly created HR Business Partner role.Dudley location - 5 days per week on site - Manufacturing. Salary @£60k My client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join this SME, in this stand alone role. With a full HR Generalist remit, as HR Business Partner there is a focus on Talent, Development, Succession Planning and Apprenticeships to ensure their people are given the skills to operate at their full potential. Other areas of focus will include Employee Relations, coaching and development of Management capability, attraction and resourcing etc.Working closely with the SLT as HR Business Partner you will be able to shape and develop the role. You will have experience of working within a generalist capacity with working examples of developing talent, succession and development.
