Role: Office AdministratorLocation: DudleyRate of Pay: £12 per hourAre you an experienced office Administrator, we are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client in Dudley.Main Responsibilities:
  • Cross referencing information between multiple software systems to maintain accurate and consistent records.
  • Using initiative to solve problems and resolve minor issues.
  • General administrative tasks- filing, scanning, photocopying.
  • Performing administartive tasks related to procurement, payroll, and factory documentation.
  • Raising purchase orders and forwarding over to the relevant team.
  • Answering telephone calls and dealing with queries and enquiries from customers.
  • Logging factory hours on relevant databases.
  • Working on a computer for the majority of the day, completing administrative work consistently and efficiently.
  • Learning and using various software systems (training will be provided for some systems).
  • Ensure all taks are completed accurately and to the highest standard.
Successful candidates will have:
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.,)
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision and care
  • Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and able to identify and resolve simple issues independently.
  • Experience with 'Sage' or similar software is a plus but not essential.
Hours of work:Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (Hours are flexible BUT must be able to work 5 days per week)Hourly Rate: £12ph
