It will be a 35-hour week and term time only, 40 weeks.Key Responsibilities:
  •  Lead and manage the school's office team, ensuring efficient and effective daily operations.
  •  Act as the main point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
  •  Oversee school admissions, attendance, and transfer procedures, ensuring compliance with trust policies.
  •  Maintain and update key systems, including pupil databases, communication platforms, and school records.
  •  Manage financial procedures and approve expenditure within agreed limits.
  •  Coordinate recruitment processes and maintain personnel records, ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies.
  •  Support the Headteacher in preparing reports, correspondence, and marketing materials, including the school prospectus.
  •  Oversee health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
  • What You'll Bring:

  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working culture.
  •  Strong organizational skills with experience in managing administrative systems and processes.

  • High proficiency in IT systems and software, including databases and office applications.
