- Manage the main school reception and student reception areas efficiently and professionally.
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to enquiries, and handle communications in a clear and professional way.
- Support student and staff administrative needs, including managing student records and data entry.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth and well-organised daily operation.
- Assist with scheduling, appointments and general administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle school correspondence and documentation accurately and securely.
- Maintain a calm, composed, and professional demeanour under pressure in a busy school environment.
- Previous experience in school administration (Preferred)
- Experience with Go4Schools or SIMS (Preferred but not Essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in general office software and technology.
