We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Office Manager to support our administrative team during term time. Your new roleAs the School Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our school's administrative operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the school office, providing essential support to staff, students, and parents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and manage administrative staff.
  • Maintain accurate student records and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate school events, meetings, and schedules.
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Manage school communications, including emails, phone calls, and newsletters.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
