SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Kingswinford (DY6) who are looking for a temporary Administrator to join the team. This could possibly be temp to perm for the right person. £14.00 - £16.00 per hour based on experience Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, creating orders, and verifying orders against invoices. Strong basic Excel skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Process invoices accurately and efficiently using Excel. Create and manage purchase orders. Verify and reconcile orders against corresponding invoices. Maintain accurate records and update databases as required. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies. Assist with general administrative duties as required. Key Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, sorting, and filtering). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
