Pertemps Dudley is seeking a Capstan Operator for a manufacturing client in Dudley.
The role requires setting and operating capstan lathes, working from technical drawings, and performing quality control.
Candidates must have previous capstan operating and setting experience, as well as experience in the fastener industry.
The position offers a salary of £11.50 per hour and requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Working hours are from 7am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.

Pertemps Dudley are currently recruiting for a Capstan Operator on behalf of our client who is a successful manufacturer in the Dudley area. Our client have a very exciting period ahead of them and are looking for Capstan Operators and Setters due to growth.Key responsibilities:

Setting and operating capstan lathe
Working against drawings
Using measuring equipment
Quality control
Adhering to health and safety

Experience required:

Capstan operating/setting experience is essential
Previous experience in the fastener industry is essential
Understanding of technical drawings

Hours of work:

7am-4.30pm
Monday to Friday
Overtime opportunities available
