This is a crucial role within the business, responsible for manufacturing formulations to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.What You'll Do:

Weigh materials following specific requirements.
Operate and maintain mixing and blending equipment.
Work to a structured daily production plan.
Accurately record data and manufacturing processes.
Adhere to all quality and safety regulations.
Participate in Health & Safety meetings and toolbox talks.
Manual handling.
