Role: Sales AdministratorLocation: DudleyRate of pay: £13.25 per hourPertemps Dudley are seeking a motivated Sales & Administration Executive to manage the daily sales and administration activities for our client. The role involves generating and following up on quotations, managing inspector appointments, handling orders, and maintaining customer databases, alongside administrative tasks such as invoicing and customer communications.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming telesales and website enquiries
  • Raise and follow up on quotations
  • Conduct sales calls to generate new business
  • Book appointments and update internal calendar
  • Maintain and update customer and supplier records in the CRM
  • Maintain and grow the email database for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Process and issue invoices for completed sales orders
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent telephone manner for both client and supplier communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 and other standard office software
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
  • Basic understanding of UK geography to plan inspection and training routes efficiently
