Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Top of the salary range will be offered to a candidate with ample experience in Payroll from a fast-paced environment and using Sage 50 Payroll.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a fabulous Reed client on a permanent basis. Our client is successful and nationally recognised, they are at the top in their field! We are looking for an experienced candidate with a confident personality to hit the ground running in this dynamic and fast-paced role! The team are close-knit, friendly and they band together to get to the deadlines!

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Processing 1 weekly and 1 monthly payroll of circa 300 staff
  • Reconcile, process and chase timesheets with managers and contracted staff
  • Keeping track of queries and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Providing payroll reports to senior management and Directors

Ideally, You Will:

  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience working in Payroll and using Sage 50 Payroll
  • Be a team player that wants to get involved and stay for the long haul!
  • Be a confident communicator, this role does involve liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • This is a fast-paced role therefore fabulous organisation skills and a keen eye for detail are essential!
