Your new schoolHays Education is working with a lovely primary school in Dudley that is close to the town centre. They are looking for a KS1 supply teacher willing to work up until the Christmas break or longer. They have a two-form entry with a music room and library. Their aim is to provide a happy, secure environment in which children will thrive and develop.

Your new roleYou need to be comfortable planning, marking and assessing National Curriculum schemes of work. In your new job you will be working alongside the other KS1 Teachers and assisting with progress across KS1. You will be working full-time and have a passion for teaching and good behaviour management.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience teaching in a Primary School, even better if you have been in KS1
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • A valid DBS Check (or willing to apply for one)
  • Hold a UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum
  • 2 years' worth of child-related references
