Empowering learning are recruiting for a PPA Teacher to work in a primary school in the Dudley area. The school is a 3-form entry primary school and are looking to take someone on a temporary on going basis. The role would consist of working 4 days in Lower key stage 2 and one day in upper key stage 2.
The school are looking for experienced teachers to apply for this role but encourage strong ECT's to apply as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery pre planned lessons to student, engaging them with the work and providing support and pushing them to their maximum potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their full potential.
- Utilize assessment data to track pupil progress, provide targeted support, and ensure all learners make excellent academic and personal development.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of pupils
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in primary schools.
- A thorough understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
