Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and pupil engagement.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a positive learning experience for all pupils.
- Follow school policies and procedures, ensuring continuity for pupils during staff absences.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working across different age ranges within a primary school setting.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and resilient approach to teaching.
