Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will perform dimensional and visual inspection activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of aerospace components.
- Utilize manual measuring tools, including verniers, micrometers, and DTIs, to assess product specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Essential:
- Experience with manual measuring techniques (verniers, micrometers, DTIs).
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Desirable:
- Experience with CMM machines and Pro 3D/QCT software is advantageous but not essential.
- Background in aerospace manufacturing or a related field.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
