Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance & Benefits

Tier 1 Civils Contractor
An established Tier 1 Civil Engineering contractor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major heavy civils project in Dudley and the West Midlands. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the commercial aspects of the project, ensuring cost control and budget adherence.
- Oversee all commercial functions, including cost reporting, contract administration, and risk management.
- Mentor and guide junior Quantity Surveyors within the team.
- Contribute to the overall success of the project, adhering to deadlines and meeting client expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior / Quantity Surveyor with a strong track record of success on large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Excellent knowledge of cost management principles and practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
