Our client is a well-respected recruitment consultancy with a busy team focused on the manufacturing, industrial and engineering sector across the Black Country. Due to continued expansion, an experienced consultant is now sought to manage an existing successful team of four.
In this 360 billing role, you will account manage several large clients and also continue to build the team by building strong relationships with new clients in the area, plus source and manage a good pipeline of quality candidates, predominantly for temporary roles but with a smaller amount of perm placements.
The successful applicant will have 2 years+ experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the same verticals and the ability and confidence to manage and lead a team. You must be a driver due to the need to visit clients on-site.
Strong base salary plus both individual commission (no threshold) and team leader commission.
