Position: Cover SupervisorLocation: DudleyContract: Full-time, Term-time only (39 weeks)

Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver pre-planned lessons and supervise classes in the teacher's absence.Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students stay focused on their work.Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and lesson success.Support students in their learning and promote a positive classroom atmosphere.Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding policies are followed at all times.
About You? Confident & Adaptable: You can manage a classroom independently and quickly adapt to new situations.? Strong Communicator: You can engage with students, staff, and parents in a professional and approachable manner.? Organized & Flexible: You’re able to handle different subjects and year groups with ease.? Experience: Prior experience working with young people or in a classroom environment is preferred but not essential.
