The company:A growing and innovative manufacturer specialising in providing domestic solutions with sites and distributors located globally
Main duties:Providing technical onboarding, advice and support to customers on the UK market as well internationally
The role:- Be responsible for the on-boarding of new customers- Supply training on the range of products- Provide technical support and advice within an international territory (Spain)- Liaise with the engineering team on product development- Provide first line technical support with all aspects related to installation, service and maintenance
The candidate:- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential- Experience within a field based technical support role required- Technical qualification beneficial- Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer care- Able to work autonomously- Must be able to travel (valid passport and driver's licence) essential
