- Qualified and unqualified Teaching Assistants with experience in child-related roles, whether in schools, nurseries, youth work, or similar fields.

- Someone with the ability to build positive relationships and be a calming, encouraging presence in the classroom.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with SEN, working one-on-one or in small groups to help them engage with learning.
- Assist the teaching team with lesson delivery and classroom management, ensuring that students are supported throughout their activities.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, where all students feel confident and motivated to do their best.
- Step in as needed to cover staff absences, ensuring that the flow of students' education remains uninterrupted.
What We Need From You:
- Previous child-related experience (e.g., in a school, nursery, youth club, or similar environment).
- A genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs and a dedication to supporting their learning journey.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of the students and assist across different classrooms.
- Availability for short-term, flexible assignments in Kingswinford.
