Prospero Teaching are looking for working with an all inclusive school community as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a team of specialist educators and therapists to provide tailored support to students with diverse and complex needs. Your responsibilities will include implementing individual learning plans, adapting classroom activities to suit varied learning styles, and fostering a nurturing environment that encourages independence and growth. You'll have the chance to build strong, trusting relationships with your students, empowering them to overcome challenges and celebrate their achievements.
