Prospero Teaching are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) school in Dudley after the February half term. This role is perfect for individuals who have experience supporting students with complex needs, including severe learning difficulties, autism, and PMLD.

Your Role:

  • Work with students who have complex needs, including PMLD, autism, and severe learning difficulties.
  • Assist with learning, personal care, and daily activities, ensuring students are supported in all areas of their school life.
  • Help create a positive and safe environment where every student can thrive.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to deliver tailored support and educational activities that meet individual student needs.
  • Provide ongoing emotional support and help students develop essential life skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 6 months of experience working with SEND students in the UK, particularly in a PMLD or similar setting.
  • Experience working with students who have severe learning difficulties, autism, and/or PMLD.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
