I am working exclusively with a small secondary school in Dudley that requires engaging Teaching Assistant for a role in the Sedgley area starting in November 2024. The school are prepared to offer training, safeguarding qualifications and school-specific CPD, to assist in your development. The role is to work within a school setting in which work will be provided, and you will use it to deliver the lesson.The ideal Teaching Assistant will have an outgoing personality and will maintain a high standard of interpersonal skills, in order to keep students engaged. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working in a school environment. Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant

  • Support and engage students either on a 1:1 basis or a whole class basis.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship building and use available resources within the classroom;
  • Promote and encourage students to achieve the expectations of the day/lesson.

To be considered for this position you must have:

  • Child-related experience;
  • Shown commitment to learning and development of pupils as well as their wellbeing;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and students.
