Dudley Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Trainee Turret Operator on behalf of our client in Dudley. As a Trainee Turret Operator, you will be trained to operate turret punch machines, which are used to punch, bend, and shape metal sheets. You will work closely with experienced operators, learning the skills required to produce high-quality metal components.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup and operation of turret punch machines.
  • Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and safety checks.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
