Welder/Fabricator

MET Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Fabricator/Welder for a long-standing company based in Dudley. This company specialises in their work to provide high quality products for their customers.

Duties:

• Fabricate and assemble a range of sheet metal products – Mild, Stainless and Aluminium
• Welding with MIG and TIG
• Reading and following technical drawings and blueprints.
• Ensuring a high level of quality is maintained throughout the process.
• Working with a large range of projects, switching between different needs and metals with ease

The ideal candidate needs:

• Experience in MIG and TIG welding with sheet metal – 10+ years.
• Expertise in range of welding techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Good team working abilities.
• Able to independently solve problems.

Hours:

7am – 4pm Monday – Thursday 7am – 1pm Fridays

Full Time – 40 Hours

Pay:

£13.50 - £15 per hour, depending on experience

Long term role with the potential for permanent after 12 weeks
