Location: Bristol
Salary: 27,040 per annum + 60 per sleep
Hours: Full-time - 3 x 12-hour shifts per week + approx. 1 sleep per week
Are you passionate about making a difference? We're looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker to empower vulnerable people to live independent and fulfilling lives.
What You'll Do:
- Support individuals with daily living, personal growth, and community involvement
- Work with young people experiencing difficulties and challenges, helping them build a better present and a hopeful future
- Provide emotional and practical support to those with learning difficulties
- Build meaningful relationships and create a safe, positive, and empowering environment
What You Need:
- A caring, proactive attitude - experience is great, but personality is key
- Experience supporting people with learning difficulties or young people facing challenges (desirable)
- A valid driving licence (preferred)
- The ability to work flexible shifts, including occasional sleeps
- A desire to support and champion others
