Lettings Manager – Residential Lettings

This firm consists of experts in the Kinross property market with strong local links. It is looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Negotiator. You will have experience in a similar role, already working in the private residential property sector in Scotland.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for the full lettings cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct rental valuations, negotiate new tenancies and complete all legal requirements
- Manage the rental process from initial setup to key handover
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation related to lettings
- Handle tenant enquiries and select suitable candidates
- Ensure properties meet all legal and safety requirements
- Liaise with contractors and tenants to arrange repairs and maintenance
- Conduct regular property inspections and prepare reports for landlords
- Oversee the tenant selection and vetting process
- Generate leases and manage pre-tenancy preparations
- Perform tenant check-out inspections and process deposit returns
- Work closely with other departments within the business
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in Residential Lettings & Property Management
- ARLA Level 6 (or equivalent) Scottish Residential Letting & Property Management qualification
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
- A keen eye for selecting good tenants and sound judgment of character
- Complete integrity and a proactive, can-do attitude
- A full, clean UK driving licence
