Avenue recruitment are currently looking for a Property Negotiator to join a well-established client based in Kinross. Our client is looking for a professional, enthusiastic candidate to join a friendly, efficient team.
The Role
- Dealing with enquires via email
- Meeting & greeting customers
- Sales progression
- Chasing sales leads
- Conducting competitor analysis
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Home demonstrations where applicable
- Keeping customers up to date with the progress of their completion date
Requirements:
- Previous sales negotiator experience
- Experienced at developing strong customer relationships
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- IT literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of attention to detail
- Pro-active 'can do' approach
- Good team worker and player
- Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Professional and presentable
- Reliable, flexible and friendly
- Own car with full clean license
