Activus Recruitment is assisting our client in Kintore, Aberdeenshire, in recruiting anAssembly Operatorto support themanufacture, assembly, and packaging of filtration consumables. This is a Permanent role with a local, reliable and supportive company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and pack filtration consumables, ensuring high-quality production.
  • Operate manual and automated machinery safely.
  • Perform in-process inspections and maintain compliance with quality standards.
  • Work efficiently within a production team to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety procedures.
  • Assist with stock control and general workshop duties as required.

Requirements:

  • This is a repetitive, manual role where you will be on your feet all day.
  • No formal qualifications are required; relevant industry knowledge is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous, butfull training will be provided.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.

Hours & Benefits:

  • Working hours:Monday Thursday: 8:00 am 4:30 pm | Friday: 7:30 am 4:00 pm
  • Overtime available(mornings only).
  • 2 weeks off over Christmas & New Year.
  • 6% company pension contribution.
