Activus Recruitment is assisting our client in Kintore, Aberdeenshire, in recruiting anAssembly Operatorto support themanufacture, assembly, and packaging of filtration consumables. This is a Permanent role with a local, reliable and supportive company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and pack filtration consumables, ensuring high-quality production.
- Operate manual and automated machinery safely.
- Perform in-process inspections and maintain compliance with quality standards.
- Work efficiently within a production team to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety procedures.
- Assist with stock control and general workshop duties as required.
Requirements:
- This is a repetitive, manual role where you will be on your feet all day.
- No formal qualifications are required; relevant industry knowledge is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous, butfull training will be provided.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
Hours & Benefits:
- Working hours:Monday Thursday: 8:00 am 4:30 pm | Friday: 7:30 am 4:00 pm
- Overtime available(mornings only).
- 2 weeks off over Christmas & New Year.
